Our Activities and Board Members

Our board is comprised of volunteers representing many sectors including the banking industry, chambers of commerce, economic partnerships, forest products, government, K-12 education, higher education, health care, high technology, land use planning, and telecommunications. Board members are selected for both industry and geographic representation. These volunteer board members strive to make Lincoln County a better place to live and work for all of its citizens. The board oversees the activities of the Alliance's staff, including our full-time Executive Director, Chris Chandler DiTorrice, a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD). The Alliance actively:

• Pursues economic diversification on Oregon's Central Coast
• Serves as a "one-stop shop" for business relocation to Oregon's Central Coast –
  Lincoln County, Oregon
• Supports local business retention and expansion efforts

Our Economic Development Efforts

The Alliance also serves Lincoln County by providing coordination for economic development with local economic development efforts and agencies, regional groups, public-private partnerships, and the Oregon Economic and Community Development Department.
